The Ezer Company is opening applications for its Second Intake (Batch 2). This is an invitation to women who desire more than participation in a prayer community. It is an invitation into a continuing journey of Christ formation, spiritual responsibility, purposeful living and Kingdom impact. APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN. The Ezer Company is a Kingdom formation and mobilisation movement committed to raising, training and deploying women as spiritually formed, strategically positioned and responsible agents of God’s Kingdom. Rooted in the biblical understanding of Ezer, the divine help and strength reflected in God’s original design for woman, The Ezer Company summons women to rediscover their God-given identity, embrace their spiritual and territorial responsibilities, and rise to fulfil their Kingdom assignments. We are a company of women called to more than religious participation. We are called to spiritual formation, strategic intercession, territorial stewardship and the intentional advancement of God’s Kingdom in every sphere of life. Our central conviction is that the Kingdom must first be established within us before it can be effectively extended through us. We therefore prioritise Christ formation, Kingdom understanding, spiritual maturity, character development and disciplined living as the foundation for every expression of Kingdom authority and influence. We are where Priesthood meets Kingship. OUR OVERARCHING AGENDA KINGDOM COME: IMMERSION & EXTENSION Our assignment is built around two interconnected movements. IMMERSION — THE KINGDOM ESTABLISHED WITHIN Allowing the Kingdom of God to shape our minds, values, convictions, culture, character and lifestyle. It is the inward formation of Christ in us. EXTENSION — THE KINGDOM EXPRESSED THROUGH US Allowing God to express His Kingdom through our lives in our families, workplaces, businesses, communities, institutions and nations. It is the outward demonstration of the life and government of Christ through responsible living and Kingdom influence. IMMERSION transforms the person. EXTENSION transforms the territory. We pray for our households, families, communities, workplaces, cities and nations. We stand in the gap, contend for God’s purposes and take responsibility for the spiritual conditions of our assigned territories. Our declaration: RECLAIM YOUR TERRITORIES. THE KINGSHIP DIMENSION We embrace our responsibility to express God’s Kingdom through leadership, stewardship, excellence, wisdom and righteous influence. We take responsibility in our businesses, careers, families, institutions, resources and other spheres of influence. Membership provides an opportunity to participate in: TERRITORIAL PRAYER PLATFORMS Country-based and regional prayer gatherings focused on strategic intercession for assigned territories. SMALL GROUP FORMATION Smaller groups for spiritual growth, discipleship, learning, training, encouragement and accountability. KINGDOM TEACHING & EQUIPPING Intentional teaching and training to develop spiritual understanding, Kingdom mindsets, values, character and practical responsibility. CONTINUOUS SPIRITUAL FORMATION Daily spiritual disciplines and formation protocols that cultivate a consistent walk with God. OUR DAILY FORMATION PROTOCOLS Every member is encouraged to maintain these foundational practices: Daily Take Charge of Your Constituency Prayers. Daily Pauline Prayers. Daily Kingdom Mantra. Daily Scripture Reading. Daily Infilling & Life Flow. These practices are designed to cultivate spiritual consistency, intimacy with God, discernment, maturity and responsibility. MEMBERSHIP & PARTICIPATION AN ONGOING KINGDOM COMMUNITY The Ezer Company operates as an ongoing membership community. This is not a short-term course or a programme that ends after a fixed number of months. Upon acceptance and onboarding, members become part of a continuing company committed to spiritual formation, prayer, accountability and Kingdom responsibility. HYBRID PARTICIPATION Our engagement model combines online and physical participation. Members participate through: Online teaching and formation sessions. Virtual prayer gatherings. Country and regional prayer platforms. Physical gatherings and meetings where scheduled. Small group engagement and accountability. Participation arrangements may vary according to location, regional structures and the activity scheduled. APPLICATION-BASED ENTRY Entry into The Ezer Company is through an application process. Prospective members are required to complete the application form and provide the necessary information for review. SECOND INTAKE — BATCH 2 The Ezer Company is welcoming applications for its Second Intake (Batch 2) in November 2026. This is an opportunity to become part of a growing community of women committed to being formed in Christ, equipped in prayer, awakened to their territories and mobilised for Kingdom impact. Whether you are beginning a deeper journey of spiritual formation or seeking to become more intentional about your existing Kingdom assignment, this is an opportunity to grow within a structured community of learning, prayer, accountability and mobilisation. Your journey does not end with acceptance. It begins with a commitment to growth, formation and faithful participation. HOW TO JOIN The entry process consists of four steps: STEP 1 — COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION Fill out the official Ezer Company Second Intake application form. STEP 2 — APPLICATION REVIEW Your application will be reviewed by the appropriate team. STEP 3 — ACCEPTANCE & COMMUNICATION Successful applicants will receive confirmation and further instructions. STEP 4 — ORIENTATION & ONBOARDING Accepted members will be introduced to the company’s vision, formation protocols, prayer structures, groups and accountability systems. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Is The Ezer Company a temporary programme? The Ezer Company is an ongoing membership community. Members enter through structured intake and onboarding, but the journey of formation and participation is continuous. Can I participate if I live outside Ghana? Yes. The Ezer Company operates a hybrid participation model with online and regional engagement opportunities. Your location will help determine the appropriate participation structure. Must I have extensive experience in intercession? A desire to grow in prayer and spiritual maturity is important. The company provides opportunities for learning, formation and development. What happens after I apply? Your application will be reviewed. Successful applicants will receive acceptance communication and instructions for orientation and onboarding. Will I be assigned to a group? Yes. Following acceptance, members will be integrated into the appropriate country or regional platform and smaller formation and accountability groups. Is membership ongoing? Yes.
